The Faculty of Nursing, Beni Suef University, under the patronage of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, organized a training program for female nursing specialists at the Health Insurance Hospital Under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghi, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Naji Muhaisen, Dean of the College, and Dr. Hanan Al-Zabalawy, Vice President of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs
The program covered many topics, including effective supervision, decision-making and problem solving, managing work stress, communication skills, time and meeting management, and delegation, which aims to develop the administrative and supervisory skills of female nursing specialists at the Health Insurance Hospital.
