Student Project from Beni-Suef University’s Faculty of Mass Communication Participates in Helsinki and Hurghada Short Film Festivals with *“A Journey on Hold”*

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, announced the participation of “A Journey on Hold”, a graduation project by students of the Radio and Television Department at the Faculty of Mass Communication, in the Helsinki International Festival and the Hurghada Short Film Festival. This comes as part of the university’s support for its creative students and its encouragement of excellence and competition both locally and internationally, under the patronage of Dr. Mamdouh Makawy, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Dr. Nesreen Hossam El-Din, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.
The University President explained that the film, produced by a group of Radio and Television students as their graduation project, demonstrates a distinguished level of professionalism in both concept and execution. He added that its participation represents an important step in showcasing students’ creative potential and reaffirming the Faculty of Mass Communication’s role in nurturing and developing talent.
