The Egyptian Armed Forces organized a visit for a number of faculty members and students from Beni Suef University to the National Cement Factory Complex.21 Sep 2025Media Center Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Egyptian Armed Forces organized a visit for a number of faculty members and students to the National Cement Company of Beni Suef factory complex, with the aim of promoting national awareness and belonging. This came in cooperation with the Military Education Department, under the supervision of Colonel Khaled Nabil, Director of the Military Education Department, and Lieutenant Colonel Taha Matar, Deputy Director of the Department. The visit comes as a continuation of the political leadership's directives to educate Egyptians about the strengths of the Egyptian state in all fields, and as part of the General Command of the Armed Forces' belief in the importance of informing Egyptian youth of the capabilities and potential of the Egyptian Armed Forces. The visit included an inspection tour for the university students inside the National Cement Company's Beni Suef factory complex, where the delegation saw the enormous production capacity of the complex, which aims to secure Egypt's strategic cement needs and meet the demands of the urban renaissance that Egypt has witnessed in recent years, including housing and construction projects. It also contributes to providing thousands of direct and indirect job opportunities for the people of Upper Egypt in the complex, which is one of the largest cement producing complexes in the Middle East.
