Abdel Rahman Ali and Menna Allah Ayman win first place in the Ideal Student competition at Beni Suef University

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced the results of the Ideal Male and Female Students competition for the academic year 2025/2026, which was organized by the University's Youth Welfare Department, under the supervision of Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Hossam El-Hawary, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University, and Captain Mohamed Farouk, Director General of Youth Welfare.

The competition, which was implemented by the Social Activity Department of the General Administration for Youth Welfare, resulted in the victory of student Abdul Rahman Ali Fathi, Faculty of Science, in first place in the Ideal Student competition, while student Menna Allah Ayman Ramadan, Faculty of Physical Therapy, won first place in the Ideal Female Student competition at the university level.

Dr. Tariq Ali explained that the competition comes within the framework of the university’s interest in implementing diverse student activities to support and nurture outstanding students and encourage them to exert more effort in their studies and personal development. It also contributes to urging other students to excel and distinguish themselves and to discovering those with scientific and cultural talents who represent an ideal model for university students, as well as developing cultural awareness among university students.

The university president congratulated the students who won the top three places in the university-wide Ideal Student competition. They are : Khalid Ahmed Kamal from the Faculty of Navigation and Space Technology won second place, and Ahmed Shaaban Bahram from the Faculty of Political Science and Economics came in third. In the Ideal Female Student competition, Arwa Ali Othman from the Faculty of Medicine won second place, and Rehab Yahya Abdel-Razzaq from the Faculty of Political Science and Economics came in third. He also commended the efforts of the judging committee and its role in selecting outstanding students to participate, as well as the role of the Student Welfare Department in organizing the competition. He praised the high level of the university's students and wished them continued progress and success.

It should be noted that the judging committee included Dr. Hindawi Abdel-Lahi, Dean of the Faculty of Social Work and Development, Dr. Azza Al-Gohary, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Dr. Marwa Mahmoud, Dean of the Faculty of Languages, Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel-Rahim, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Social Work for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Shaimaa Abdel-Aati, Head of the English Department at the Faculty of Arts, and Dr. Mohamed Sayed.
