President of Beni Suef University discusses with a delegation of businessmen the possibility of linking scientific research with industry

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received today, a delegation of businessmen, including Ahmed Abu Hashima and Nader Naseem, to discuss ways of cooperation between the university and the external market to serve the university and governorate's people .
During the meeting, the university president reviewed the university’s plans, achievements and its role in community participation, as the visit aimed to link scientific research with industry, employ the results of scientific studies to serve the state’s sustainable development plan “Egypt Vision 2030”, support the university to keep pace with the fourth industrial revolution, and businessmen support for researchers and innovators.
Prof. Dr. Mansour stressed that the university is going side by side to support the development of the local community according to an integrated strategic plan, demanding businessmen to adopt the talents and the top students of various faculties of the university and discover their talents and develop them to open areas in joining the labor market after graduation, and he also discussed the possibility of training students and exchanging experiences between industry men and faculty members, to invest the outputs of scientific research to serve sustainable development.
