Meeting of Prof. Dr. Khaled Abbas, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary , with a delegation from New Hope Egypt Agricultural Company

Today, Prof. Dr. Khaled Abbas, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary  at Beni Suef University, met with a delegation from New Hope Agricultural Company for Feed Production in
 Beni Suef and its representative, Mr. Li Shen, Deputy General Manager of the company


At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Khaled Abbas welcomed the delegation and Mr. Li Shen reviewed the work of New Hope Agricultural Company and that it is one of the New Hope International Group of Companies, which includes 1860 branches worldwide. The company’s headquarters in Kom Abu Rady has an area of ??35 thousand square meters and its annual production is 280 thousand tons of feed per year

The Dean of the College presented to the attendees the necessity of joint cooperation based on the joint success between the Faculty of Veterinary in Beni Suef and New Hope Company, which includes visits for students throughout the year to learn about the company’s facilities, laboratories and production lines, and special visits for outstanding and distinguished students and   Food Safety Program students Emphasizing that the students will gain the practical experience that the company has and that the students will see the practical aspects with their own eyes in preparation for working with it in the future

This proposal was met with approval and welcome from the company's representatives and Mr. Li Shen confirmed that he also looks forward to working together and cooperating with the Faculty of Veterinary  in Beni Suef, noting that a large number of the company's employees are basically graduates of Veterinary  in Beni Suef and that the company has 2 active laboratories
The allergy laboratory and the raw materials laboratory which are ready to receive veterinary students in Beni Suef at any time. He also confirmed that he is waiting for the formulation of the terms of joint cooperation between the two sides, which will be a good nucleus for increasing success in the coming periods and a good start for providing job opportunities for college graduates in the near future
