Master Title

• Poultry market rations and their fulfillment to nutritional standards

Master Abstract

Poultry rations for broilers were collected from eight Egyptian companies. All samples were physically inspected, chemically analyzed and broiler chicks were fed into groups on the eight rations (starter, grower and finisher) for biological testing. Most of the mixtures were satisfying the nutritional requirements of broiler chickens during growth period. Tow mixtures of companies in Beni-Suif governorate were low in Mn and caused slipped tendon disorder. Body performance parameters were estimated for all groups, the highest body weight, gain and feed efficiency were recorded by the Middle East Company.

PHD Title

• A study for Estimating the Gross physical composition of mixed rations and the detection of Adulteration

PHD Abstract

The estimation of gross physical composition of composition of mixed rations and detection of its quality adulteration, A large variety of commonly used feedstuffs and adulterants were examined physically and microscopically and chemically analyzed. The most successful methods of these examinations were organized to be followed in a scheme for examination of unknown mixtures prepared by the team of the German institute. 47 unknown mixtures were examined to estimate the gross physical composition. 16 broiler mixtures then were also investigated using the same scheme. Most of the methods succeeded in estimation of gross physical composition of composition of mixed rations and detection of its quality adulteration.
